Spiritual Direction: One-on-One Accompaniment

Spiritual direction in the Ignatian tradition allows the person to discover God in all aspects of the person’s life. Prayer and self-reflection bring about understanding of God’s presence in the seeker's life. Spiritual Direction is about attuning one’s heart to God’s voice. It takes time and practice.
